Resoghen is a homely, three bedroomed cottage perfect for family or friends to stay in and enjoy all Cornwall has to offer. Tucked away on a private road, the property is ideally located a 3 minute walk from the gorgeous Harlyn Bay, the perfect dog-friendly beach for walks, beach days and surfing (novice or pro!). 

The cottage is located a 5-10 minute drive from Padstow, where you'll find a whole host of pubs, shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family. Closer to home, the village of St Merryn is a 15 minute walk away (or 2 minute drive) with a few pubs, a deli, coffee shop, surf shop and a couple of locally owned eateries! It's the perfect base for a holiday to North Cornwall.

It would have to be how close it is to such a glorious beach, being a few minutes walk away for a quick dip or sunset view is really special but if we're allowed a second, the large open plan living space on the bottom floor is great for summer evenings with the doors flung open, or cosy winter nights with the fire on.
